At Doggie Dojo, we take the stress out of training by doing the work for you. While your dog stays with us, they’ll receive one-on-one, professional training tailored to their specific needs. By the time they come home, they’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence they need to shine—and you’ll have the tools to maintain their progress.
Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling: Strategy calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. A confirmation email with call details will be sent once your appointment is confirmed. 2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Accepted payment methods include [insert payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.]. 3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your call up to 24 hours before your appointment time without penalty. Rescheduling requests can be made through the confirmation email or by contacting us directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled call are non-refundable but may be rescheduled under special circumstances at our discretion. 5. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled call and provide no prior notice, the session will be marked as a "no-show" and is non-refundable. 6. Call Format: Strategy calls will be conducted via [Zoom, phone, etc.]. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection or phone service for the call. If technical issues arise, notify us immediately so we can adjust as needed. By booking a strategy call, you agree to these terms and conditions.
